Minister for Housing Darragh O’Brien TD visited Lios Ard, Lisloose where Evans and Kelliher Construction have taken what was an unfinished estate and delivered these magnificent homes on behalf of Kerry County Council and Cluid Housing.

Evans and Kelliher Construction Limited have completed a two-storey extension connecting to the existing school at CBS Primary School Tralee this August 2020. The extension comprises of four new classrooms and a special educational needs unit.
Eight new homes have been completed at Cuirt Eaglaise Milltown as part of the Rebuilding Ireland Programme to tackle homelessness and housing issues. The homes comprise four two-bed and four three-bed units.
The 4000sq ft premises was completely redesigned and rebuilt internally to accommodate five modern surgeries, cone beam CT scanning suite, two waiting rooms, and a conference room – all fully air-conditioned throughout.
